2. Offerings

2.1 Personal Planning Services

Our consultancy and planning sessions are tailored to individual needs. Appointments are scheduled via contact. Session fees are due upon booking.

Refund Policy for Services

• Cancellation more than 72 hours before the scheduled session: full refund of the paid amount.
• Cancellation within 72 to 24 hours before the session: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund applies.
• Rescheduling is available free of charge if requested at least 48 hours before the session.

2.2 Informational Courses

Our digital courses offer guidance on retirement planning topics. Access is granted immediately after payment and includes videos, guides and worksheets.

Refund Policy for Courses

• Requests made within 7 days of purchase and before any content access: full refund.
• If any module is opened or downloaded, no refund is available due to immediate digital access.
• Ineligible purchases may be applied as a credit toward a future course upon request.

2.3 Physical Products

Printed guides and resource kits are delivered by standard shipping. Delivery times vary by region.

Refund Policy for Products

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
• Refunds are processed within 15 days of receipt and inspection of returned items, using the original payment method or as account credit.

3. Booking and Scheduling

To schedule services, please complete our contact form. We will confirm availability and process your booking upon receipt of payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

RuhestandKapital AG provides planning and guidance services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, course or product.
